The property is nice for leisure, located near Fateh Sagar Lake yet somewhat isolated; the rooms are large with a good view, but the staff are rigid in their hospitality approach.

The property is decent, yet the staff are far from professional; the female receptionist ignored guests and their questions, and we were not offered a welcome drink upon arrival, even after requesting it—an entirely surprising lapse that shows the staff need training and proper qualifications.
