Gamat Sunset Cottage and Resto

“I had the best day ever there.”

This hotel is amazing in every way! I’ve stayed in pricier places, but none match this one. The hospitality, food, breakfast, cleanliness, and overall service are outstanding. Everything deserves 100 out of 10! I highly recommend it. There is literally nothing bad about this hotel! Everything is wonderful, from the peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness to the fresh and delicious food. Every detail is excellent, and the entire experience is simply amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!

“Very affordable stay and nice people”

The people there are very nice and helpful. They rented us a scooter for the day. It’s very close by foot from the beach (but unfortunately we couldn’t swim there, too much current and rocks) and Amok bar. Apart from that, a bit far from the rest of the island with a 10 min uncomfortable path to arrive.

The villa is clean and cozy, the breakfasts are all tasty! The staff are amazing! The views are picturesque. The road to the villa is extremely bumpy. You need to be careful.

Everything! The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was clean, the bathroom spacious. The terrace was beautiful. Scooter rentals were ultra‑reasonable (100k per day), and a taxi to the port cost 200k! Plus there was a fridge! The place was hard to reach by taxi because the path was rough, but the host offered to pick us up.
