The design is pretty, the room is spacious and elegant, the bed is good and the size is fine, and the facilities include a kitchen where you can brew coffee or whatever you like; however, climbing the high stairs to reach the WC isn’t comfortable, and the bathroom sink’s cleanliness could have been much better.

The location is very good, the rooms look exactly as in the photos, the staff were very helpful when we had questions, and overall it was a great stay; we were in the deluxe Jolly room and would have liked the bathroom ceiling fixed so everything looks tidy.

Artwork greets you as soon as you walk in, which is nice and tasteful; the layout is interesting with a catwalk above the bed to access the toilet and shower, and there are good restaurants nearby, though it wasn’t close to the excursions we had planned; the handheld shower is mounted to the ceiling, which doesn’t work for that type of hanger – it should be wall‑mounted, and my sister wants a curtain over the bedroom window from the shower.
