The continental breakfast was good, but I booked a king room and was handed a double instead because the clerk claimed my room had been given away; I ended up paying a higher rate for a cheaper room and I want my money back—feel like I was cheated.

I loved the bed and pillows—they were so comfortable, and the location is easy to reach; we have family in Siloam Springs, so we always stay here; the staff are always friendly, and there’s plenty of well‑lit parking.

It’s not a swanky or deluxe place, it’s a budget‑friendly motel, but the staff go the extra mile and are very friendly and accommodating to a disabled man; breakfast was better than more expensive spots, with eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereals, juices, and yogurt; I’d definitely come back again, though I could find a few little things to improve.

The staff were friendly when I checked in and out, I liked that they offered complimentary breakfast, and having a microwave and fridge in the room was a plus; the place was convenient for a last‑minute plan and I enjoyed my visit.
