I had a fantastic stay. The hotel room was well equipped and the location was perfect. The attached restaurant was really good, and they applied a discount to the meal, which I appreciated. The only drawback was the breakfast, which felt very sparse: just a coffee and a packaged biscuit. That’s the only improvement I see.

Nothing positive. No one was available, no one answered several messages, I went to the property three times, no one showed up, my money was stolen and I want an immediate full refund. Nothing negative either, the same repeated.
