Staying here felt cozy and comfortable, and I appreciated the 24‑hour security. The only downside was that the ice makers were out of order, but I’m sure they’ll get them fixed soon.

I don’t like it at all. Was so dirty from the lobby all the way up to the 3rd floor

The price was reasonable. However, we weren’t warned about the extensive construction, the rundown condition of the rooms, or the dirty appearance. The website’s pet policy also didn’t match what we found on the ground.

Its proximity to PDX is convenient, especially after a long night’s flight when you just need a nearby spot to rest. The hotel is under construction as it transitions to a Hyatt, so the front entrance was unusable and the lobby signage was lacking— I had to ask someone for directions, and the parking lot security guard had to pull his eyes away from his phone and speak loudly to help me because I’m half‑deaf. The lobby clerk was friendly, but drywall dust and debris covered everything, and the hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, causing luggage wheels to get stuck in construction debris. The room itself was acceptable—clean, smelling fine, with a comfortable bed and a tidy shower and bathroom, though it looked a bit outdated, which isn’t a big deal for me.
