The accommodation was lovely and well maintained in a very convenient spot, the pools were great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming—nothing to complain about.

The place was close to the tram, bus stop, Oasis mall (with a supermarket), restaurants and the beach, and offered a pool (indoor and outdoor) and gym; we stayed in a 2‑bedroom apartment that was huge and fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry. However, the rooms felt dated and were not spotless; they only performed a room clean or refresh for stays longer than 8 days. The kitchen was fully equipped, but you need to wash everything before using it. The washing machine worked, but the dryer was quite noisy, so we mostly used the machine and dried towels on a clothes horse provided in the room. If you stay more than a couple of days, you’ll have to buy coffee, tea, toilet paper, laundry liquid and dishwashing liquid yourself.

The property’s location was great and the pool and spa area were lovely, but the apartments were generally nice yet some were quite outdated and the building felt a bit run‑down. A funny smell lingered in the lobby of one tower. The biggest problem was that the apartment I first stayed in had a cockroach infestation; when I mentioned it to a reception staff member, she dismissed it with “It’s that time of year. Do you live around here?” which was unhelpful. Later, another staff member was nicer and offered me a different apartment, which I appreciated. Also, the apartments are self‑contained, something that wasn’t made clear in the ads and wasn’t what I expected. Overall, the location and pool area were strong points, but the cockroach issue, mixed customer service, and general building upkeep let the experience suffer.
