The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed was blissfully comfortable, even for a picky sleeper.

The breakfast was very good—something for everyone, and the nice seating options were appreciated. Unfortunately, we didn’t like the room at all; it was not cozy, the bed felt stale and uncomfortable, and there was a strong, old, smoky smell. We would have liked much cleaner rooms and a more pleasant atmosphere.

It’s in a quiet area, within walking distance of the old city centre or a five‑minute tram or bus ride. The hotel is spotless, the staff very professional, and the buffet breakfast excellent, covering all tastes. I’ll definitely come back.
