Everything was perfect from early check‑in to the food and cleanliness. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and traveling with kids went smoothly. Mr Abhijit, Mr Vikas, and Mr Vishnu at reception were all very helpful, and even our travel partner Mr. Aakash Pandey went out of his way to show us every corner of Varanasi. Thank you for the great service.

The front staff were irresponsible, a cockroach appeared in the bathroom, a hook for hanging clothes was broken, and we had to wait an hour for coffee.

The room was clean, but it was overpriced for its small size.

I booked a 3‑room and it offered no comfort at all; the worst part was at 11 pm when I wanted to leave the hotel but had to stay because my family cancelled the plan.

The hotel was surprisingly clean for India.
