While the TV in my room worked fine, my overall experience at the hotel was marred by several issues. The room wasn't very clean, with worn-out furniture and a bathroom that was dirty and smelled terrible. The shower was also broken, and the breakfast was a disappointment - I had to ask for water, and there was no coffee or tea available in the room or at the breakfast spread.

I was really disappointed when I found out that the room I booked had a single bed instead of twin beds. The bedding and towels seemed to be used by previous guests, and I only received one hand towel. It was a letdown, especially considering I had specifically requested a twin bed room.
