The room was well‑situated and spacious, but there was no desk to sit at, so we had to set up a second stand; the lighting was too dim, there were no hooks to hang towels, and no staff greeted us at any point—only the lady who made breakfast and the one who checked us out.

No one was there to welcome us or show us to parking; all communication went through WhatsApp, and access required a code for both the outer and inner doors. I left my phone charging, so I didn’t have the code when we tried to park, and we had to call with my partner’s phone, leave voicemails, send messages, email, ring the bell, and even message through Instagram. After six hours we were locked out until another guest returned and let us in. The place has no staff, leaving you entirely on your own. The Vossia team apologized and waived the night’s fee, but our one‑day stay in Palermo was ruined.

We stayed here as the final stop of our honeymoon trip around Sicily, and it far surpassed our expectations. Stephie checked us in with a warm welcome and was helpful throughout our stay. We strongly recommend following Stephie and the team’s suggestions, as they found many great spots around Palermo and assisted with restaurant bookings and airport taxi transfers. The apartments are in a great location and are a short walk to Palermo’s main centre. Nothing to complain about.

The place was very clean, central, modern, and the breakfast was excellent, but it was very noisy outside.
