The location, the friendliness of the staff, and the breakfast were fine, but the room I had booked was not the one I received; I had reserved a three‑person suite with a street‑side balcony, yet I was given a cramped, dimly lit room with two high windows and very little light because we were only two people. The room was awful and the bathroom was also cramped, so every time I used the toilet I hit myself; I protested but there was no other available room and I had to stay there. When we went to pay, the hotel didn't charge us and I appreciated that.
