The proximity to Nacpan beach was a plus, but ongoing construction in front of our window ruined the sea view, there was no water pressure at all—so I had to fill a 7‑liter bucket multiple times and pour it over my head to wash my hair, which is impossible for people with long hair; the path to the beach was full of glass, debris, and burned trash (not the hotel’s fault).

I liked the spot—spacious, comfy, with a restaurant. The place stays clean and the staff are friendly. The restaurant’s home‑style food is tasty, but the wait is brutal; it can take an hour to get French fries. The rates are steep compared to other nearby spots, especially for a calm beach location. The restaurant’s prices are twice those of surrounding places.

The atmosphere is quiet and feels more private and exclusive. The service is good and the staff are kind. The food was also good. The Wi‑Fi kept dropping out.

It’s gorgeous; once the renovation finishes it will be a marvel. Nothing to complain about.
