The spot and the view from the window are great, but the hotel feels old, the room is dusty and smells moldy, and on the 40‑storey building there is only one chef making egg dishes with a wait time of 20‑30 minutes.

“frustrante”

The view was nice. I called on the fourth day to arrange a surprise for my wife’s anniversary, asking for chocolate and strawberry amenities; they said it would be ready Saturday afternoon because she’d arrive on a separate flight. On the fifth day I confirmed and they sent me more items to buy like flowers and balloons. When I arrived I checked the amenities again at the desk and the afternoon schedule, but nothing was done—an enormous disappointment and frustration. I had to find another place to surprise her. The pool bar on the fourth floor served terrible pastel snacks with almost no cheese filling, just air. I wanted to wait there for my wife, but I gave up and left the hotel. Hilton is a traditional brand in many countries, but this experience at Hilton Copacabana was disappointing.

Localização, café da manhã ótimo e excelente espaço no rooftop com piscina, bar e ótima música! Equipe muito simpática, destaque para Lucas no front desk e Márcio no bar do rooftop. Tudo foi ótimo
