“Not a 4 stars hotel”
The crew was good, but this is not a 4‑star hotel. The toilet in room 105 was awful, looking like a toilet from an old public hospital. The smell was terrible.

A buffet breakfast is served daily, and the hotel is close to restaurants, shops, and Paceville's nightlife, with great bus links to Malta International Airport and Valletta.

The hotel was very welcoming and clean; we had a great stay.

First of all, the cleanliness throughout the property. Secondly, the professionalism, friendliness and politeness of the staff. Everything was well maintained and the service was excellent. The only issue I noticed was with the lift. Although it was not a problem for my son or me, I felt sorry for elderly guests and families with young children who had to wait on each floor while we were using the stairs. I genuinely believe this should not happen, as lift availability is particularly important for guests with reduced mobility and families with small children

The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and modern, and the location was convenient. However, the breakfast lacked fried eggs and crispy bacon, though it was still good overall. The pool water was cold and the balcony was very tiny.
