The location was unbeatable and the cleanliness was top‑class! I could park right in front of the hotel and drop off my luggage. The service felt very impersonal, like staying in an Airbnb, and every interaction went through messages only.

The room was only a few meters from the castle’s main entrance, clean, spacious, and almost dreamy. We were woken by the church’s chants across the street early in the morning—disruptive but beautiful. I rate it an 8 instead of a 10 because there was no hot water in the morning; we had to bathe in cold water before heading to our next destination. The bathroom’s toilet was positioned too high: at 187 cm I barely reached the floor, while my shorter spouse floated in the air—funny but uncomfortable. The only negative point was the lack of hot water in the morning.

The location is perfect, booking was hassle‑free, and the self‑check‑in/out was simple. The rooms are cute, and there’s a restaurant/café right outside the front door. The value for money is unbeatable. The only downside is that it’s a bit hard to find; the city gate’s access restriction confused us, though we were still allowed to unload our luggage.
