The room was clean and spacious, and the location in central Madrid was nice. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and the night was disastrous because the single‑glazed window looked out onto a bar and nightclub – screams and shouting all night through the windows.

The facilities were spectacular, the rooftop, the lounges, the restaurant and the breakfast left me speechless, the attention to detail and the dedicated staff exceeded my expectations, I will definitely return.
