“目的がはっきりしてるならおすすめ！外浦最高”

I love Sotoura and visit every year, yet booking and pricing have always been a bit of a hurdle, so I usually stay at a nearby inn. This property, however, offered a surprisingly fair rate even during peak season, which I appreciated. The building has a nostalgic, old‑fashioned look, but the air‑conditioning, bath and other facilities felt brand new and comfortable. It also provided a microwave, fridge and all the basics for a room‑only stay, and the location was perfect. The owner and his wife were genuinely kind; they served us warmly and handled our requests with care, even using a translation device for foreign guests. I felt so at home I’d like to bring a little gift next time. I’ll be back if my work schedule allows, and I’ll cancel early if I can’t make it.

“普通の素泊まり旅館。ありがとうございました。”

It’s a standard, reasonably priced lodging‑only ryokan—nothing spectacular, nothing terrible—and being relatively close to Hiroba is a plus. I’m writing because I was asked for comments, though I wouldn’t normally volunteer them. I sometimes see people posting complaints about other places on bulletin boards; in my view they simply have expectations that exceed what they paid. Someone else complained that “the AC works in the room but it’s hot in the hallway,” which probably means they’d be happier staying somewhere more expensive. The bath is available until 9 pm, after which only showers are offered; I knew this from a phone call before booking, so it wasn’t a grievance. The room key isn’t handed out at the front desk; instead you hang a metal hook on the inside of the door to lock it.

The calm atmosphere and easy access to a child‑friendly beach were perfect. The washer and microwave were also a big help.

“最高の思い出作りと体験が出来ました！”

The location is really great, the price is cheap and the parking is right underneath. You can wash the kitchenware outside, and the place feels very comfortable.
