The worst experience ever; the place was full of insects and after contacting the staff I was moved to another location, which was also below expectations.

Everything was tidy and clean, and the staff were very polite and nice guys.

I couldn’t even reach the place because the approval process was so complicated, with a lot of pointless requirements that made it feel like a hassle.
