When we arrived, the whole hotel felt nice and clean, smelling fresh. At check‑in we got a welcome drink and a bath ball—so thoughtful. The rooms were tidy and spotless, and the best part was the free flow of drinks, available in the lobby or delivered to the room. Breakfast was included and the food was good; my boyfriend and I ate two sets without extra charges. If you have any questions, just WhatsApp them and they reply quickly. We didn’t have any complaints; we just wanted to stay near Cenang beach and didn’t want to be special forces, so we walked to Hidden Langkawi—though it rained those days, so we took a Grab to Cenang, which was fine, about RM6‑7 each trip, and RM17‑20 to the airport.

I’m picky about toilets, but this place nailed layout, cleanliness, and size—just right. The room was spotless, the sofa comfy, and service was spot-on, always ready to help. The food and drinks were tasty too. Overall, I didn’t feel any discomfort at all 😆 The only downside is the location feels a bit remote; without a car it’s a tad inconvenient, though calling Grab works fine. It’s perfect for people who just want to relax and not explore too many sights.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this has been my best experience so far. Their excellent hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable. I would definitely love to stay here again!
