I can’t say enough about the breakfast – it was great, and the staff were friendly. The décor, both inside and out, especially on the terrace, was disappointing.

“It was purely a relaxing holiday following our son’s wedding in France. The pool was nice but unfortunately the weather”

The room was spotless and the facilities were solid. We were promised a sea view when we booked, but a roof canopy partially blocked it, and the tree to our left, though charming, also obstructed our view. When we asked to move to a higher floor, we were told the rooms there were smaller, so we stayed. The exterior paint looked a bit worn and could have used a touch of fresh paint.

The location was good in terms of public transport connections to the city center, access to the beach was great, and the view of the sea and surroundings was nice. The variety of restaurants was also good. At breakfast, the vending‑machine coffee and drinks were poor, especially considering that citrus fruits are grown in Mallorca and the rest of Spain; otherwise the food was fine.

The location was good, but it didn’t deserve four stars. Cleaning around the breakfast area and the outdoor space was poor. Around the pool there were several broken sunbeds that hadn’t been removed, and the beach sunbeds were unusually expensive. In fact, they hardly cleaned the outdoor area during the week we stayed.
