The breakfast was luxurious, the wellness area was very decent, and the whole hotel stayed clean. The location was terrible—far from the center of Karpacz—and the walls were so thin that we could hear every word from the neighboring room.

The location was great for me, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, other guests were loud and I couldn't sleep.

The rooms were clean. The food from the menu was awful and the drinks were poor. The waitresses wore wrinkled shirts that looked like they had been punished for working in dirty shoes. There was only one coffee machine and a half‑hour line for coffee while the food cooled. Toilet paper was missing—no single roll was in the bathroom, so you had to ask for it. The restaurant felt like a cafeteria with no atmosphere. The pool was gloomy and there were only six loungers for the entire hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it for the price.
