The cleaning service really needs a significant improvement.

I chose this hotel because it sits just about 5 minutes from the motorway and the price seemed fair. The reception welcomed me with a very friendly attitude. The next morning there was a breakfast buffet, and I was very satisfied.

“Eine gute Unterkunft mit einigen Verbesserungswürdigkeiten”

The property offers parking, albeit a bit tight, air‑conditioning, a pool, a solid breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds, a 24‑hour front desk, convenient check‑in and check‑out times, and a truly modern, inviting décor plus excellent Islak cookies. However, the shower grout was mouldy, the bathroom emitted a drain odor likely because there’s no trap, and we were shocked to find a lot of dust and dirt under the twin beds, suggesting only a superficial clean. The room was very noisy; we could hear everything from neighboring rooms and, because our window faced the pool, people hanging around the pool (even if not swimming) disturbed us, especially the last night when their conversation carried through the poorly insulated windows around 11 pm. The Wi‑Fi signal was also extremely weak.

The room is very beautiful and stylish, the cleanliness is great, and the bathroom is tidy and spacious. There is only one sponge chair for two people, and when I asked the reception to bring another chair, their response was laughable. No one can help you move luggage or belongings.
