Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, all 10 out of 10; everything was spotless and the buffet was very extensive. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.

The hotel is huge, but the dining area is very quiet and well organized.

We had a very large suite, though a bit dated, and the staff were very friendly. The pool was closed without us being warned at the time of booking, and the hotel, with roughly 700 rooms, felt very impersonal.
