The staff were absolutely fantastic, happy, friendly and eager to help. The rooms were comfortable, neat and clean, and the hotel overall was clean. However, when I arrived Friday afternoon there was no hot water for the shower, so I had to get up at 4 am Saturday to try again and still had no hot water; the entire stay was ruined because I couldn’t shower and had to wash with boiling water from the kettle.
