The first person at reception was very annoying, and the same person who was there when we arrived was unpleasant with their questions.

Great location, simple and functional room, but the shower in the room I stayed in didn’t heat up well.

Good location and decent service, but the outlets don’t work well, the Wi‑Fi is very bad, the double bed is actually two single beds pressed together which makes sleeping uncomfortable, and breakfast could start at 06:30 h to suit local tourists.

The staff are friendly, but the lock is worn out, the elevator is old, a window no longer closes, the plumbing is outdated, the shower is limescale‑covered, the furniture is old, and there’s no chair.
