The staff, from the security officer who helped with luggage to the front desk workers who checked us in and escorted us to the room, were all professional and efficient, though the room numbers were a bit hidden.

The team was extremely helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the cleanliness and hospitality were superb, making the service outstanding.

The beds were large and comfortable, which is why we chose this place – we didn’t need an extra cot for our child because the room had two queen‑size beds, and it was the only hotel that let us pick a feather pillow. The pool was nicely placed and big enough, and there was a water dispenser right at the sink; the breakfast selection was acceptable, though a four‑star property we’ve stayed at offered a far better buffet, and kids got free ice cream. On the flip side, the breakfast room was noisy and resembled a cafeteria, the rooms looked worn despite the hotel’s relatively young age with dusty interior wardrobes, and there were no bathrobes, which you’d expect at a 5‑star hotel. The location wasn’t ideal, as we almost always needed a taxi.

The room was very clean, the staff were all helpful and kind, the breakfast offered a variety of choices, the swimming pool was gorgeous, and the view was stunning.
