Room in the heart of Yerevan, windows overlooking the Cascade—really beautiful. It’s a bit small but everything’s comfortable. The owner was super attentive, even met us at night when our taxi got lost a block away and made sure we didn’t have to lug our bags around. She was friendly, offered her tea collection, and overall we had a great stay. Would give 10 out of 10!

Everything about this place was solid. The room was cozy, the bed was so comfy I slept like a log. The bathroom, air‑con, and fridge were all there, and breakfast downstairs was included and tasty. The host was warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. Coffee and tea were available, and the location was unbeatable—rooms face the Cascade with amazing day and night views. I walked to all the main sights with ease.

Maria was friendly and shared Armenian history from her family’s view. The room was great, and the spot right next to the Cascade steps made it easy to hop on tours. Nothing to complain about—everything was perfect.

The location is fantastic—right next to the big staircase, so everything’s convenient. The bathroom door is a bit stiff when closing, but it doesn’t affect the overall experience.
