There was no elevator, so the staff had to carry my luggage up to the second floor; the venue was very close, which was great. However, the lack of an elevator made moving luggage up the stairs inconvenient, and the shower was installed near the toilet, outside the shower room, which seemed odd.

A young male staff member was very helpful, and the bedding and room were clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was low and didn’t feel like a real shower; the bathroom was spacious, but the shower only covered a small corner, giving the impression of rinsing at the edge.
