Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The beach is directly accessible and the kiddie pool is perfect, the buffet offers a good variety, and the entertainment is excellent. The rooms, however, are terribly noisy; even a single footfall in the hallway is audible, so earplugs are a must if you want to sleep. The entrance doors to the rooms are a big gap that lets in both sound and light. Cleaning wasn’t done daily, even though a note on the door asked for it.

I first booked the hotel with half board, and from the moment I arrived the reception’s friendliness was obvious, offering water, ice cream and a glass of champagne. The staff member who served us encouraged us with a great all‑inclusive deal, which we chose. They helped with our luggage to our room. The apartment was spacious (though it needs a refurbishment, it still worked well for a great holiday). We loved the hotel for its food, drinks and entertainment variety. It’s in one of the best locations I’ve had in Mallorca, close to the bus stop, making it easy to explore more places. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best family options; kids and parents were happy.

Location. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bedding was damp.

Almost everything. The lack of pots and other cooking utensils, not even a kettle or coffee maker, was disappointing.
