I went to Melbourne for the F1 and the Tiny Home was perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was great and it was very clean. The only thing I would criticize is the fridge; it didn’t work properly.

Having everything in one place was great. There was no microwave and the mini fridge by the bed is just too small, especially since I stayed there for almost a month; those two items would have been nice to have, but otherwise everything else was excellent.

I got decent value for a place to stay that does its job. The room feels a bit cramped, but it’s fine for a short visit, and the neighbors can get a bit noisy—especially the chickens!

I booked a Queen Deluxe expecting a queen bed, but the room only had a double, which was a let‑down. My partner and I ran out of hot water after a few minutes during the second shower. We’re from the countryside, so it didn’t bother us, but the cats fighting and chickens next door woke us up. We had planned to stay two nights but ended up staying just one.

This place nailed everything I needed—cheap, clean, comfy, and the host was fantastic. 👍
