The hotel’s location was great, quiet and clean, meeting all our needs during the two nights we stayed with our baby daughter; the team was always helpful and there’s a mascot dog named Frederico, whom the hotel has adopted and who is very beloved. For breakfast I ordered an omelette because our daughter cannot eat gluten or lactose, and the request was handled quickly and the dish was delicious, with fresh fruit and a variety of cakes.

On the 17/18 of July we stayed in room 102, which was good for two adults. On 31/01/08, with two adults and one child, we were assigned a room that had a lot of moisture, mold, stained sheets, damp bath towels, and a mattress suitable only for a heavier person; it was very bad, only fit a lighter person. We paid a higher price for a smaller, poor room. The room was damp, moldy, had a double mattress, stained sheets, damp bath towels, and the environment was dirty.

I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine and warm hospitality I received from the staff, who were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and offered great recommendations for shopping and other services. The shower was also excellent. However, the hotel's age and dim lighting were noticeable, and the rooms had undergone some modernization efforts, such as the addition of charging outlets, but still retained some outdated features, including the old-fashioned room keys.
