The view was exceptional. The staff very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process were smooth. The location is just 20 minutes from the Tangi Gate

The food and location were great, and the staff were accommodating, but the outdoor tents had a lot of bugs. The exposed shower and toilet facilities were not great, especially when it rained and had a lot of bugs and small creatures. The room could have used a small lamp for reading or going to the toilet in the middle of the night, and the water was brown and not good.

Location, view, staff were all excellent, and there was nothing negative unless you can’t live without WiFi in your room; nature doesn’t require WiFi thankfully!

Breakfast was really good. The view was amazing and the WiFi was fast (even if it only worked in the common area, not the room). The first night we didn’t have running water at all. We arrived at the hotel much later than check‑in time so everything should’ve been in order. We were initially told it would’ve taken a few minutes because they had to pump, then one hour and then that they didn’t know. They provided us with some big cans of water but obviously that’s not ideal when paying this amount of money when there are much cheaper places around.

The location by the Nile was fantastic, the service was good and especially Mdm. Preem treated us like family, watching over us attentively. Thank you.
