The service was great and everything was comfortable, from the beds to the amazing shower, but the hotel itself wasn't the main focus; the restaurant upstairs took almost 40 minutes to bring my order—a soup and a hamburger—though the staff were fine, especially the lady who helped me that night.

The staff were very friendly and helped us switch rooms because our original corner room was noisy; we got to choose a room we liked, and the staff’s kindness and attentiveness were excellent.
