“Buena relación calidad precio”

It’s on the outskirts, peaceful, and has parking. The apartment is pretty, spacious, bright, clean, and the bed is super comfortable. It comes with a bathtub, great for those who use it, and a fridge that’s a lifesaver on hot days, making the price‑quality ratio solid. The AC didn’t work well, so we felt a lot of heat, which mattered to us. The bathroom is cramped, barely enough room to move, and the shower is similarly small. The stairs where the bed sits demand careful footing, especially if you get up half‑asleep at midnight, and they felt like a nuisance. In the kitchen, a half‑broken bar unit with two broken stools gives a poor vibe.

“Buena estancia por ubicación pero necesita mejorar algunos aspectos. Jacuzzi perfecto.”

The location, jacuzzi, and cleanliness are positives. The TV was unusable because you couldn’t change channels from the remote or the TV itself; we told the owner on the first day but nothing was fixed. The AC units were noisy and didn’t cool the house enough, so they need replacement.

We rode in on bikes and had to speak Spanish with the host to get the key code. We parked both electric bikes in the entrance. The apartment is on the upper floor, has a unique whirlpool tub, and fortunately a shower. The kitchen is well equipped. A shop is nearby.

The house is very pretty and set in a lovely environment. It isn’t in the center, but everything is close enough that it’s not a problem. For us it was perfect. The house has heating and is equipped with almost everything needed. The owners’ service was excellent. I’d stay again.
