The place is right in Recoleta, but the guests were noisy and the mattresses were uncomfortable.

Convenient location, Angel was extremely helpful and attentive, as were the other front‑desk staff. The room was very large and the bathroom even larger, and the beds were very comfortable. The Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the room and some furniture needs restoration.

We weren’t even allowed to check in. When we arrived, they tried to charge us a different amount than the rate in the reservation, the staff were very rude, and no solution was offered.
