The staff were really nice and helpful. The location was far from everything, so it wasn’t the best.

The room had a dryer‑attached washing machine with detergent stocked, and the toilet, bath, and washbasin were separate, which made it comfortable. A water cooler in the lobby was also handy. It would have been better if there were a divider between the bed and the tatami, and the closet and refrigerator share a wall, so you can’t open both at once.

The room was spotless and everything felt ultra‑modern and well maintained; the staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

They handled my multiple inquiries about the cancellation with great care and politeness. Unfortunately, the cancellation wasn’t approved, leaving our four‑person booking split into three guests one night and two the next, and that lack of flexibility was disappointing.
