Breakfast was adequate, the hotel’s location is convenient, and I received good customer service from Grace and a gentleman named Umar who assisted me with moving around.

The hotel is close to the city centre, but the room was utterly unclean – the floor was dirty, every switch and door handle was greasy, and the sink was foul.
