The building is always solid, the staff are friendly and kind, and the bed is comfortable. However, the room had a persistent sewage smell that I mentioned to the staff multiple times, yet it was never fixed. Breakfast was basically nonexistent compared to a couple of years ago, and it got much worse.

The staff were friendly and professional, breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the beach, bars and restaurants were close by. The only downside was the environmental degradation around the property.

Nothing matches the specifications of a 4‑star hotel. I booked a superior double room, but first received a room without a window, and when I asked to switch to a superior one they gave me a room with two double beds and one single bed. The furniture and bathrooms were old and uncomfortable, and the shower was too small to fit.

The parking was a bit inconvenient for the car, but otherwise comfortable. We found rooms that were different from the ones we booked, with a disabled bathroom that was uncomfortable and unusable; they didn’t resolve the issue until the next day, which upset us.
