The room was clean, very quiet, and comfortable, close to food spots and a 7‑eleven, right next to Buakaw Market, and the beach was very close. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted us with bright smiles. They cleaned the room daily and even brought coffee. The balcony in the room was something I really liked.

Upon arrival we were given a room that shared a hallway with the hotel’s kitchen area where staff had their breakfast and dinner. We told them we had booked a standard queen room three months in advance, but they never assigned it to us; we asked for a room change and it was not done. Instead of a window we had a glass door opening onto the staff storeroom. By 8 am we could already smell food in the room. It’s not a place to relax.

It was very quiet and peaceful, the location was great for easy food options, and the staff were friendly, smiling brightly and very approachable.

The location was good, but I would not recommend this Indian‑owned hotel to anyone. They took a deposit and never refunded it at all. The breakfast was extremely sparse: two slices of bread, no margarine, two fried eggs, two sausage slices, a small pinch of salad, fresh juice, and coffee. The shower had no shower curtain, the toilet lid was awful.
