Due to a conflict, my train was delayed, and I arrived at the hotel around 2 am. The administrator was in touch with me and helped me check in, even providing access to a power bank. I was grateful for her assistance. However, I did find the hotel's whisky service to be a bit lacking.

I was truly impressed by the exceptional staff at this beautiful hotel. The warm welcome and assistance I received from the staff, particularly the lovely woman at breakfast and the friendly receptionists, left a lasting impression on me. One of the receptionists, Alina, went above and beyond to help me, and I was grateful for her kindness. The hotel itself was spotless and wonderful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
