We booked 2 rooms for 4 people but they gave us 2 rooms with only one toilet and bathroom, then the reception closed at 7 o’clock, nobody was at the hotel, they just gave a phone number, and on top of that it was about car parking at a four‑star hotel. I tried to cancel my booking, they didn’t.

The staff were sweet and the rooms were huge, and everything was nicely clean.

The breakfast was extensive and the staff were friendly; we just made it on time (18.55u) but were still welcomed warmly. The room and bathroom were old but tidy, and there was no air‑con, fan, or mini‑fridge.

The location was excellent, the staff very tidy, the breakfast great, and the room superb. The beds are amazing! I can’t think of anything to complain about.
