I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The lobby was very comfortable and a great place to relax while watching the fish tank. However, I noticed that not all rooms have a sports channel, which was a bit disappointing for some guests. On the other hand, the air conditioning in my room was excellent, but the hot water in the shower was extremely hot, even after switching to the cold water option.

I booked a room at this hotel due to its proximity to UNDIP, which was very convenient for me. However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast service, as it was still being served buffet-style, and I had hoped for a more extensive spread.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, which is located close to my child's dormitory at UNDIP. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service, as the staff seemed to be poorly trained and didn't do a thorough job of cleaning the bathroom, which was particularly dirty. Additionally, the bed was only covered with a bed sheet, but the underlying mattress was still dirty.
