The room leaked a lot, but the staff responded quickly and investigated the cause right away, which made me feel reassured. I appreciated that the front desk always had a cold bottle of water ready (the first one is free). The leak was the only downside.

The staff are kind and the rates are cheap. From a Japanese perspective, the breakfast didn’t taste good, and I didn’t know it was an extra charge.

The owner is very friendly, and one of the rooms has AC, which makes sleeping a lot easier. For the price, it’s a good option for a one‑night stay before continuing the trip. However, there are no curtains on the upper beds, so privacy is lacking. The bathrooms were not very clean, the shower had an unpleasant odor, and there isn’t much space to relax.
