“Estancia muy acogedora y agradable en familia”

The front‑desk staff were fantastic, especially Sara who took care of us wonderfully! The dining staff were also great, the buffet was pretty good, though I’d add more variety, especially in meats, and more juices would be nice, but overall it was fine. The rooms were gorgeous! In some parts the vinyl needs upkeep, but otherwise it was good, and the water park was amazing too! Overall, a lovely and pleasant stay that I’d repeat with my family, even the grandparents who came with us loved it and our daughters enjoyed it beautifully! The only downside was the pillows – seriously, the bed pillows were very low and soft, almost as if there were none, and there were no extra ones; please improve that. Everything else was incredible.

The location is great, very close to the sea. The decor and the room feel very poorly designed, almost like it was made in a cheap, uninterested way.

“Agradable!”

The theme is very nice for kids and the staff are very friendly! The only issue is that you have to make reservations for everything even when you’re all‑inclusive, even for the hotel pools… and there’s a lot of noise between rooms.

The themed room is very cool. The pets are very friendly. Edgar, the waiter, was super kind. A manager at check‑in solved a problem we had quickly. The splash adventure was good. The area around isn’t very busy. One of the pool‑bar waitresses was a bit rude, and there was a (I think) blonde head waiter who spoke poorly, even to his colleagues. It’s fixed now, which is great, but there’s still a lot of broken stuff around.

“Hotel apestoso”

Everything was horrible – the cleaning, the smell, the whole hotel had a disgusting odor… the beds were super uncomfortable. Nothing I liked.
