The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the brand‑new complex looked clean and attractive, but we stayed three nights as the only guests, so there was hardly anything open. The breakfast set was minimal and the restaurant stayed closed because we were alone, which defeated our plan to relax without activities. The city centre isn’t walkable – it’s about an eight‑minute taxi ride. Animal lovers won’t be pleased; there’s a tiny cage by the pool housing a crocodile that can’t even lie flat because the enclosure is round.
