Our honeymoon ended wonderfully at Welgelegen house: the location, breakfast, and rooms were all brilliant, and the staff—especially Prince and Memory—were the best, offering useful information; I’d recommend this place to anyone and love T & T 💙, with no negatives at all.

The family room with a sunporch was very comfortable, breakfasts were sublime, the sitting room was cozy, and cake was offered in the evenings; the location offered great views of Table Mountain and a quiet neighborhood. Memory, our concierge, was a ray of sunshine each day and gave excellent sightseeing advice—there’s nothing to criticize.

The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, and the location is great with clean facilities; however, the room was under the staircase near the outside doors, so it was cold and every footstep could be heard, and the bed was small for two people—otherwise I’d give it a 10/10.
