The location is good with nice views. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. They retrieved our bags from the locker at the ferry station. The lobby feels very dated, the food is basic, and it’s overpriced.

The view from the room was great, but the bath was underwhelming and left me a bit disappointed.

The location was good, but I felt the open‑air bath didn’t make much sense.

We were blown away by the view from our higher‑elevation room, spotting the massive Tori gates over the water; the food was fantastic, with multiple courses for both dinner and breakfast as part of our half‑board package; the baths were incredibly relaxing, and each room could book a half‑hour slot at the private onsen just outside the property; it was also convenient that they handed us the keys to the coin lockers at the ferry pier and returned them when we left.
