Ferien Hotel Spree-Neisse offers comfortable, tastefully furnished rooms and spa facilities in Neuhausen's Roggosen district. Surrounded by forest and meadows, rooms feature large private bathrooms, some with balconies. The hotel boasts a wellness area with 2 steam saunas, an aquavit sauna, and a Finnish sauna. A rich breakfast buffet and regional cuisine are served in the on-site restaurant, complemented by a beer garden and cozy lounge.

The sauna area was great, but if the sausage is already sealed, the slices should be placed separately on the platter. The bathroom, especially the shower next to the toilet, was very unhygienic.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, the pool and saunas were also very good, and the short drive to Poland was a plus given the current fuel prices. However, for those allergic to pet dander the hotel is a bit concerning—dogs have been housed in rooms before, and I had requested a pet‑free room, but the last dog stayed there about four weeks before our arrival. I tolerated the symptoms, but the presence of dogs in the restaurant during meals was not hygienic.

A clean, solid hotel with excellent facilities. It has a wellness area you can use, and parking is plenty for €2 a night. The hotel sits in a wooded area. Breakfast was very extensive and tasty. We used it as a stopover, but it’s also good for relaxing and taking a few days to unwind.
