Hotel Stazione sul lago di Iseo

“Sopiva yhden yön majapaikka.”

The location was fantastic, only a short trip to the beautiful city centre with plenty of good restaurants and cafés nearby, plus a private parking space. The price was reasonable and the internet connection was good. The hotel was quite noisy; conversations could be heard easily through the walls, even with the window closed, and it felt a bit cramped. At breakfast there were no clean tables available, so we had to clean our own table. The breakfast area was untidy, all tables were cluttered with used dishes, and the bus stop had been used there.

“Zentral und romantisch gelegenes Albergo”

The hotel is in a very central location. The promenade, restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. The hotel’s own restaurant sits romantically on the river under a “roof” of blue vines. Since our stay was in October, I can’t comment on the pool. Our room was relatively small and the bathroom was a bit “retro,” but it was clean and sufficient. In return we had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the river, the nearby town of Sarnico, and the mountain range.

The location is extremely central. The breakfast is varied with a wide selection. Nothing else.

The location is perfect, though the mattress feels a bit old and saggy and the bathroom looks very dated.
